Based on the Shamo and Kokona conversation, i think it's very obvious that Noa personally choose Kokona to be Aladdin who lack the core personality, specifically as her test. She genuinely wanted to see how Kokona's sense work and succeeding, despite the other members can not see that and only think of Noa methodes as a very cruel way to make Yae shines.

But at the very least we can see that other members does object to this (particulary Panda for example), and not at all comically evil like some some peoples assume in the previous episode.

I'm just watching it for Yae... just like the other audience, I too doesn't care for Kokona.

Hey you, Kokona executed her performance AMAZINGLY in the next episode (I need to praise her, her acting was super good) but Yae did execute her role well too as a genie.

From what I gather, the word «Sense» within this Animé-Series seems to have a Meaning that can be (loosely or not) translated/interpreted as «Psychic-Ability» but is specific to the Performance-Arts.

Shizuka seems to have «manifested» some-how from said Sense, therefore, from what I can tell, thus, I regard her as somewhat of a Spirit-Being who can Materialise into Material-Form, even though she herself does not comprehend how to activate Psychic Materialisation/De-Materialisation at-Will nor does she necessarily seem to know the necessary conditions needed for triggering Materialisation/De-Materialisation of herself.

Shizuka may have been literally created/manifested as a result of Kokona's «Sense» and came into Material-Being based on the combination of her/their Desires & assisted by sub-conscious request to the Universe-Mind that used its Knowledge to assist them with a Perfect-Combination that does not simply Give an Actress a Fish but Teaches the Actress how to Fish; How to Act/Provide a Successful Stage-Performance (metaphorically speaking)...

Poor shizuka-chan to be casted aside by koko-chan... i think they did it so koko-chan learns that shizuka-chan needs to be by her side for her sense to work.
